White Bean Glucomannan Dip
Makes 6 servings Prep Time: 20 minutes
Per serving: 184 calories | 4g protein | 15g carbs | 5g fiber | 12g fat (2g saturated)
Ingredients:
- Two 15 ounce cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed or to taste
- 6 grams glucomannan
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 lemons, juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine the cannellini beans, cilantro, garlic, glucomannan, olive oil and lemon juice.
2. Process until smooth, or to your desired consistency.
3. Taste, and season with salt and pepper.
