Glucomannan Guacamole
Makes 8- 1/3 cup servings. Prep Time: 15 minutes
Per serving: 83 calories | 1g protein | 4g carbs | 3g fiber | 7g fat (1g saturated)
Ingredients:
- 2 medium California avocados, ripe
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup seeded and chopped tomato
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 grams glucomannan
Directions:
1. Chop avocados and throw in a large bowl with the remaining ingredients.
2. Mash mixture with a potato masher or a fork until it's the consistency you like.
