Glucomannan Tuna Salad on Organic Sprouted Grain Bread

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces water-packed tuna, drained
  • 1/4 medium red bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon minced white onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced celery
  • 2 grams glucomannan
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 slice Food for Life whole wheat sprouted grain bread, toasted
