Glucomannan Tuna Salad on Organic Sprouted Grain Bread

Ingredients:
- 4 ounces water-packed tuna, drained
- 1/4 medium red bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon minced white onion
- 1 tablespoon minced celery
- 2 grams glucomannan
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 slice Food for Life whole wheat sprouted grain bread, toasted
